1. How long will it take for my house to be cleaned?

The time it takes to clean your home/business depends on the size and services preformed. For a free estimate please call or e-mail us. We will gladly sit down with you and discuss your needs with you.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home takes (on average) 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

2. When will my house be cleaned?

Depending on your schedule, most house cleanings are schedules for in the morning and businesses are scheduled for evening cleanings. We prefer to clean without any interruptions but the timing is left up entirely to the customer. We work with your schedule.

3. What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

If you are not satisfied with you cleaning please contact our office immediately. We will send someone to your residence to rectify the problem. We are here to make sure that you are very satisfied with the services we provide.

4. Are dusting and laundry part of the service?

Dusting is included in all of our service packages. Laundry and other services can be added at an extra cost. Any special services that you might need done should be discussed with you assistant prior to your scheduled cleaning. There are some services that we can not provide, but we will be happy to contact a professional for you. We will also help with scheduling these services on your behalf.

5. How often can my house be cleaned?

How often your house/business is cleaned is up to you. Cleanings are scheduled weekly or biweekly. We also provide Spring cleanings, one-time cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Please contact us to discuss what types of cleaning schedules will work best for you.
